Our platform draws inventory from the same global distribution networks airlines themselves rely on. Fares, schedules and seat availability are queried in real time — what you see at search is what the airline is selling at that moment.
A single service fee is disclosed before payment. There are no bundled extras, no opaque charges added at checkout, and no upsell carousel between you and a confirmed ticket. If you need help, you write to our team — and a person who can see your booking writes back.
Taxes, carrier surcharges and our service fee are itemised before you reach the payment screen. The fare displayed at search is the fare you pay at the gateway — no surprise charges added at checkout.
Fares and seats are queried in real time through the global distribution systems that carriers themselves rely on — so what you see reflects what the airline is actually selling, not a stale or cached estimate.
Every support request is read by a member of our team — not routed through a phone tree. We reply in writing, in your language, with the context of your booking already in front of us.
Each entity holds local responsibility for compliance, payments and customer obligations within its region. All filings are publicly verifiable through the registries listed below.
Card details are tokenised by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways and never touch WiseTravel servers. All traffic is protected end-to-end with TLS 1.3 encryption.
Refunds, where due, are returned through the original method of payment, in the original currency of the transaction.
